12 - Week Postnatal Recovery Program

The YogaLab 12-Week Postnatal Program is a guided recovery and strengthening journey designed to support women through the early weeks after childbirth. This program offers one pre-recorded practice per week, starting from week 1 postpartum, allowing new mothers to move gently, rebuild strength, and reconnect with their bodies at a sustainable pace.

Meet Your Instructor

Shradha is a Level 3 Authorized Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga teacher, with over 900 hours of training from Indea Yoga, Mysore, and a 100-hour specialised certification in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. With more than five years of teaching experience, her approach blends disciplined structure with intuitive movement, making yoga both accessible and transformative. 

Her teaching philosophy blends posture alignment, flow, pranayama, meditation, and gentle maternal care, creating a safe and nurturing space for every stage of wellness. Shradha’s personal healing journey through yoga after overcoming a lung condition deepened her belief in the transformative power of breath and movement, a belief she shares with every student she teaches.
