Meet The Founder
YogaLab by Shradha is a conscious movement and education space rooted in traditional yoga, modern anatomy, and deep respect for the body’s natural intelligence. Founded by Shradha Jain, YogaLab offers thoughtful, experience-led yoga practices that support strength, mobility, flexibility, nervous system regulation, and inner steadiness—on and off the mat.
Shradha is a Level 3 Authorised Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga teacher, with over 900 hours of training from Indea Yoga, Mysore, and a 100-hour specialised certification in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. With more than five years of teaching experience, her approach blends disciplined structure with intuitive movement, making yoga both accessible and transformative.
Classes at YogaLab are designed to be intelligent, embodied, and functional. They integrate:
– Strength, flexibility, and mobility
– Posture, alignment, and movement efficiency
– Pranayama and breath awareness
– Meditation and mental calmness
In prenatal spaces, YogaLab goes beyond physical practice—supporting prenatal bonding, breath-led awareness, emotional grounding, and confidence for childbirth. The focus is always on meeting the student where they are, honouring individual bodies, stages of life, and lived experiences.
YogaLab is not about pushing shapes—it’s about building trust with the body, cultivating resilience, and creating sustainable strength

YogaLab's Journey
YogaLab began as a personal exploration of healing, movement, and breath. After being diagnosed with a lung disease, Shradha turned to yoga not just as a physical practice, but as a way to rebuild trust with her body, regulate her breath, and reconnect with her inner strength. This experience became the foundation of YogaLab—rooted in the belief that yoga is a practical, adaptable, and deeply supportive tool for long-term wellbeing.
What started as an individual healing journey gradually evolved into a teaching path. Over the years, YogaLab has grown into a space that supports diverse bodies, life stages, and intentions—from dynamic Ashtanga and Hatha practices to slower, more introspective work focused on mobility, breath, and nervous system balance.
Alongside regular classes, yoga retreats have been an integral part of YogaLab’s journey. Shradha has hosted and continues to host retreats across India and internationally, creating immersive experiences where participants can step away from daily routines and reconnect with movement, nature, and themselves. These retreats blend asana, pranayama, meditation, mindful rest, and community—offering depth without rigidity and structure without pressure.
As YogaLab expanded, Shradha’s work naturally extended into women’s health and prenatal spaces. Over the past five years, she has supported many pregnancies, not only through yoga but also through breath awareness, labour preparation, acupressure, and aromatherapy. This work deepened YogaLab’s understanding of how yoga can adapt to life’s most transformative phases while remaining grounded and empowering.
YogaLab has also collaborated with medical and midwifery spaces. Shradha contributed to Childbirth Education workshops at Pinto Rosario Hospital, and shared her expertise at Assago Birthing Center, where she worked alongside midwives to educate couples on movement, birthing positions, and trimester-specific discomfort management.
Today, YogaLab continues to evolve as a movement and education space—bridging traditional yoga, modern understanding of the body, lived experience, and community. Whether through classes, retreats, workshops, or specialised programs, YogaLab remains committed to offering yoga that is intelligent, embodied, adaptable, and rooted in real life.

Made me realise how much I loved yoga, especially post natal. Shraddha is the sweetest, fun and most disciplined as a person and now a dear friend. As a teacher, she gives attention to details and understands her students needs exceptionally well. She is able to push you to your limits which is exhilarating. Anyone who’s looking to get into yoga as a beginner or move on to an advanced level, I would recommend Shradha be your go to guru. PS - she hosts the best yoga retreats too !Posted on Neha GuptaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My journey with Shradha has been so rewarding and something I’m so extremely happy about! It’s not just her passion, knowledge and skill but the fact that she understands our bodies and pushes us in the best way forward! Also recently attending her retreat in Kalappura was the most invigorating experience and learning. Doing 7-8 hours of yoga everyday was not something I thought would be possible, but it was most rewarding because of the way she had structured it, adding different practices and routines of ice bath, Ayurvedic treatments, meditation and pranayam. It was a holistic experience and I’m much more recharged now with new learnings and perspectives. I hope to carry this forward to make life better.Posted on Artndesign WithGTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Shradha is an amazing Yoga instructor and gives attention to all her clients equally. She is great about fixing postures and giving a gentle nudge to each person to do better. She knows each person's potential very well, it's an awesome talent, one that is hard to do via Zoom.Posted on Shruti JayachandranTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Shradha is absolutely amazing! When I started, I was very stiff and not flexible at all, today, she makes me do things that I never thought my body was capable of. I still have a long way to go but today I feel a little bit stronger than yesterday and it is all thanks to Shradha! :) Fully recommend!Posted on Anjali Chawla KapurTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Calm, inspiring, motivating, patient and has been very helpful throughout my fitness journey from prenatal and now post natal. Have recommended her classes to my friends and family and they love the yoga experience with her as much as I do.Posted on Saara OinonenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I love that Shradha’s pre-natal yoga classes focus on body and mind well-being. Under her careful supervision she guides us to strengthen and stretch vital muscles linked to a healthy pregnancy and birth while giving helpful and practical tips, such as pushing positions to do together with your partner. She also generously gives personalized tips whenever any particular area of the body is strained or troubling you. She shares other material, such as films relating to the baby’s development, which both my partner and I have enjoyed. Or else reminds you to take a 2h digital detox this weekend, to calm the mind and find peace in your daily routine. I have already seen a huge change in my own body after just a few weeks (I could never do a deep squat before, an important position which preps the pelvic area), making me feel confident for birth. The practice has also helped release the strain from my lower back (!), where earlier I needed daily hot water bottles to relax those muscles. I can warmly recommend anyone (from week 1 to 40+) to join Shradha’s yoga classes!Posted on Sadhana TalwarTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Shradha is the most disciplined, invested and knowledgeable yogini I know. Her method and teaching style is absolutely brilliant. Learning from her has been nothing short of a journey of self discovery through movement. I have had such a transformational experience with her as my teacher - mindful breath work, how to honour and listen to my body, when to control and when to surrender. And most of all believe in my inner strength to do even the toughest of asanas with a smile on my face! She makes me believe that there is nothing I can’t do! She gives every student her 100 percent attention and the results are inevitable. If you are looking for a practice to strengthen & align your body mind and soul look no further! She is the best. Best invested I have made.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
