Meet The Founder

YogaLab by Shradha is a conscious movement and education space rooted in traditional yoga, modern anatomy, and deep respect for the body’s natural intelligence. Founded by Shradha Jain, YogaLab offers thoughtful, experience-led yoga practices that support strength, mobility, flexibility, nervous system regulation, and inner steadiness—on and off the mat.

Shradha is a Level 3 Authorised Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga teacher, with over 900 hours of training from Indea Yoga, Mysore, and a 100-hour specialised certification in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. With more than five years of teaching experience, her approach blends disciplined structure with intuitive movement, making yoga both accessible and transformative.

Classes at YogaLab are designed to be intelligent, embodied, and functional. They integrate:

– Strength, flexibility, and mobility

– Posture, alignment, and movement efficiency

– Pranayama and breath awareness

– Meditation and mental calmness

In prenatal spaces, YogaLab goes beyond physical practice—supporting prenatal bonding, breath-led awareness, emotional grounding, and confidence for childbirth. The focus is always on meeting the student where they are, honouring individual bodies, stages of life, and lived experiences.

YogaLab is not about pushing shapes—it’s about building trust with the body, cultivating resilience, and creating sustainable strength

YogaLab's Journey

YogaLab began as a personal exploration of healing, movement, and breath. After being diagnosed with a lung disease, Shradha turned to yoga not just as a physical practice, but as a way to rebuild trust with her body, regulate her breath, and reconnect with her inner strength. This experience became the foundation of YogaLab—rooted in the belief that yoga is a practical, adaptable, and deeply supportive tool for long-term wellbeing.

What started as an individual healing journey gradually evolved into a teaching path. Over the years, YogaLab has grown into a space that supports diverse bodies, life stages, and intentions—from dynamic Ashtanga and Hatha practices to slower, more introspective work focused on mobility, breath, and nervous system balance.

Alongside regular classes, yoga retreats have been an integral part of YogaLab’s journey. Shradha has hosted and continues to host retreats across India and internationally, creating immersive experiences where participants can step away from daily routines and reconnect with movement, nature, and themselves. These retreats blend asana, pranayama, meditation, mindful rest, and community—offering depth without rigidity and structure without pressure.

As YogaLab expanded, Shradha’s work naturally extended into women’s health and prenatal spaces. Over the past five years, she has supported many pregnancies, not only through yoga but also through breath awareness, labour preparation, acupressure, and aromatherapy. This work deepened YogaLab’s understanding of how yoga can adapt to life’s most transformative phases while remaining grounded and empowering.

YogaLab has also collaborated with medical and midwifery spaces. Shradha contributed to Childbirth Education workshops at Pinto Rosario Hospital, and shared her expertise at Assago Birthing Center, where she worked alongside midwives to educate couples on movement, birthing positions, and trimester-specific discomfort management.

Today, YogaLab continues to evolve as a movement and education space—bridging traditional yoga, modern understanding of the body, lived experience, and community. Whether through classes, retreats, workshops, or specialised programs, YogaLab remains committed to offering yoga that is intelligent, embodied, adaptable, and rooted in real life.
