Joining Shradha’s yoga classes was a life changing experience for me. Made me realise how much I loved yoga, especially post natal. My journey with Shradha has been so rewarding and something I’m so extremely happy about! It’s not just her passion, knowledge and skill but the fact that she understands our bodies and pushes us in the best way forward! Also recently attending her retreat in Kalappura was the most invigorating experience and learning. Doing 7-8 hours of yoga everyday was not something I thought would be possible, but it was most rewarding because of the way she had structured it, adding different practices and routines of ice bath, Ayurvedic treatments, meditation and pranayam. She has been instrumental in my yoga journey. For those of you who may be pregnant and scared of doing online yoga, do not hesitate with Shradha she is amazing and will ensure that you and your baby are safe. As for post natal, she is one of the few yoga teachers who was very clear that she would not let me workout until. 3 months post a c section. She is one of those few gurus who teaches yoga not to make money but truly because she wants to promote yoga and healthy living. I can promise you that she will change your body in just two weeks.
